Cheongnam University Cherry Blossom Festival

Sunday we went with the kwanjangnim (Grand Master) of our taekwondo dojang (yes, I'm doing tkd now, which is another post in itself) to the cherry blossom festival at one of the universities. We met one of the other tkd students, Rosa, who is a student at the university, and just walked around enjoying the flowers.

This isn't a bad picture if you ignore the strange man in the back!


Afterward we went to Donghaksa, but the trees hadn't even begun to bloom because it's a little colder in the mountains, so we ate pachinge (Korean pizza) and then went home. Still, it was a beautiful day and we had a great time.
