Korea's version of offroad

It took me a while to figure out what people meant by having offroad stickers on their cars here. It takes a bit of getting used to walking in the street because the sidewalks are all taken up with cars. Lots of people have lighted cell phone numbers on the windshield in case they need to just park their car right behind someone which happens quite often. I heard you can just leave your parking break off and people will push it out of the way, but I don't think people appreciate it when they have to do that. I'll see if I can get a real post up in the next day or so. --Joel
