Yangshuo

You know those Chinese landscape paintings you see all the time of the cliffs and rivers? That's where we are right now. Yesterday we bicycled around the rice paddies and did some hiking, and tomorrow we're taking a boat cruise. Tomorrow night we're headed farther west, and hopefully in another week we'll be on our way north toward Beijing.

Our original plan was to head back to Beijing after the Philippines, but we just couldn't resist seeing southwest China. It is truly amazing, so even though we're both tired, it's been worth it. I can't wait to post our photos and all the details!
