Birthday Tutu Fail

We had a couple of options for birthday outfits. First we tried on this dress, but as you can see, it didn't make the cut. She HATED it, probably because it was long enough that the skirt kept getting in the way of crawling. You might think this would motivate her to walk (she's taken a few steps but always panics when she realizes she's not holding onto anything), but the only thing it motivated her to do was throw a tantrum.
