Moved

Last Thursday we made the big move down the street to a four-bedroom house. It needs some cosmetic work, which we're doing in exchange for a big discount on the rent, but it's a lot more space. The move was a long, hard slog and the house still looks like a moving van exploded inside...move + work + newborn = VERY slow progress...which explains the lack of posts recently. I have a ton of pictures to post soon, though, so never fear.

We've been fortunate to have Joel's mom here for the past week or so. It's been so helpful having her here for the move and everything else. Sadly, she goes home this afternoon, and then this evening we're going to Pleasant Plain to see my aunt and uncle, who are visiting from Mexico. After that, we plan to do nothing but veg. And work and unpack. Oh, and take care of that newborn!
